Every guest has given us a 5 star rating. "The Harland" Cottage, is a recently refurbed, uniquely cosy and well located property which is a welcoming home in the heart of Belfast. Situated on the fashionable Lisburn road you are within a minutes walk to a host of top rated cafes, restaurants, shops, bars and parks and just 15/20 minutes walk to Queens Uni, Ulster Uni and the City Centre. The train station is a 3 minute walk Check our Cottage next door "The Wolff" This is not a Party House...

Rathdrum Cottage has been beautifully refurbished with brand new plush and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living room with comfy sofa and flatscreen Smart TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. In addition, our house also benefits from Stylish outdoor living room with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink of your choice.. A lovely open planned ground floor with a large outdoor seating area. Upstairs has 2 good sized double bedrooms with luxurious double beds and a separate stylish bath/shower room. We have invested heavily in the property to make your stay as comfortable as possible, from beds, bed linen to seating areas.

Cleaning To put your mind at ease, Rathdrum Cottages are professionally cleaned and laundered by one of the top rated cleaning companies in Belfast Convenience For your convenience, we provide self check in keypad so don't worry if you get held up! Flexibility Check in is from 3pm but if you need to check in earlier please ask and we will provide free of charge if possible. Checkout is 11am and unfortunately we can't cater for late checkouts. Main Rule No loud noise/music and no extra guests without permission. Please do not book if you cannot adhere to this as stay may be cancelled without refund. Full respect for local Neighbours is a must.

The Lisburn Road is located in Belfast's most desirable fashionable postcode. This area of Lisburn Road has for a long time been the most desirable areas of Belfast to live in and the beautiful tree lined avenues and plentiful cafes, restaurants, bars and fashion boutiques certainly reflect that. We definitely recommend you get out and about during your stay and try some of our favourite nearby haunts - Cu (Cool Mexican + cocktails); Crafty Vinter (Wine Bar + Bites); Bowery (Bar + Food); Belfast Wood Fired Pizza @ La Bottega (Italian); Seed (Healthy Bowls); Trait (Cafe); Kaffe O (Cafe) all a few mins walk. Shu restaurant (michelin star); Camille (Thai); Greens Pizza; Pizza Express a short walk away & much more. Output, Seed, Crafty Vinter, Bake & Brew all good breakfast options.

This Belfast cottage is truly a gem in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood! Surrounded by fantastic restaurants, gourmet food shops, and charming boutiques, we felt immersed in the best of Belfast from the moment we arrived. Inside, every detail was thoughtfully curated. The decor is absolutely darling—like stepping into a design magazine. The bedding and towels were soft and spotless, and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking. With, believe it or not—actual great knives! If you’re heading to Belfast and want comfort, style, and a foodie-friendly location, book this place immediately.

Stuart’s place was an exceptional stay in Belfast! The home was spotless, beautifully cozy, and thoughtfully designed with quality touches throughout. The back patio was a lovely spot to unwind, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. A great spot outside the center of Belfast. We needed something to accommodate our 9 month old and this was perfect. Stuart provided a travel crib and high chair for our baby. He was also very responsive when we needed help with a few items during our stay. Super convenient to a train station stop making it easy to get to the center of town. Had no issues and a lovely stay!

Stuart's place in Belfast was a great place to stay--close to some nice cafes and food spots and about a 20 min. walk to the city centre. The space was very clean and as described and had a very cozy feel to it. Next time we are in Belfast we will be staying here!

The Cottage is beautifully decorated modern and cosy. It has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Situated in a lovely part if town not far from many tourist attractions in Belfast City. I'd recommend this place to any one looking for a city break.

Find us

Adelaide train station and the local bus stop are a one minute walk from Rathdrum Cottage. Both give you the option to commute into the city centre or further afield within 5-10 minutes. If you prefer to walk, the bustling fashionable Lisburn road is also a one minute walk where you have an abundance of Restaurants, cafes, bars and Shops. You can walk to Belfast city centre Queens University and Botanical Gardens in 15-20 minutes. Belfast City airport is 15-20 mins in a taxi, Belfast international is 25 mins in a taxi. Taxis are available at both locations. If requiring local taxis during your stay, download the ValueCabs app or use Uber.
